Just started getting the
Created new Entity, get the error above when trying to create a Relationship to another Custom Entity?

If this helps, I have been able to create relationships between entities.
Could it be that you have no unique field in the lookup entity?

Good point.
I've always just used the auto created Primary Id? My other Entities relationships are set up this way.
I even deleted the first instance of the new Entity and recreated with a new name, still the error persists.

Thank you for trying, I think this is something that only the PA team can troubleshoot.
Update, I deleted the Entity I was referencing and rebuilt it once more, the Entity was originally created under the preview, not sure if this was the cause but I can now create the realtionship.
