I'm working on turning a physical form digital through through power apps. I started off using the option where you can take a picture of the paper form, and it converts to digital, which I edited and cleaned up the formatting. I also created a new list in Sharepoint and added custom columns that will connect to each data entry column in my form. How do I go about connecting the form I have now with the blank sharepoint list I have separate?
I attached pics of my form, as well as my list, and PSA: I've looked online at countless videos on how to simply connect a sharepoint list to a form, but the type of form I'm making is a bit tricky.
