Hide ThisItem in Collection instead of use remove function

Hi Com.

I have a funny problem.

I have a collection where I want to instead of remove the line I want to hide it from the user.
So Im able to track changes.

I have tried to use the filter function but when I add a new line to the collection its removing all the information I have added to the previous lines.

Any ideas how to solve this problem?

@Anonymous Can you please add more details to your question about what are you trying to do? Also the current formulas you are using.

If you want to hide the records based on currently logged in user then you can refer below:

    https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Power-Apps/Hiding-records-based-on-conditions/td-p/577540

Also, you can add one more column to your collection (lets say isShow) and based on this column value you can show/hide the current record in collection/Gallery: By filtering gallery items or by setting "Visible" property of controls based on isShow column
