Hi! can you help me? I am implementing chatbot in my organization using the power virtual agents via teams, I would like to know if there is a way to alert the user that the conversation will be closed due to lack of interaction, either using alerts or messages. Thanks.😉

As far as I am aware there is not an expire setting for sessions/conversations.
