Hi All,
I'm working on a form in Power Apps and need some help to see if this is possible.
For about 10-15 of the questions I would like to have a table display where the user can select radio buttons for agree, strongly agree, etc. Here is an example of what I am trying to achieve.
Questions | Strongly Disagree | Disagree | Neutral | Agree | Strongly Agree |
| Question 1 | | | | | |
| Question 2 | | | | | |
| Question 3 | | | | | |
| Question 4 | | | | | |
I only need this for some of the questions in the form, the rest would have normal input controls. If anyone has had experience or can offer assistance with this please let me know!
