Formatting SharePoint Calculated Fields in Power Apps

Hello everyone, how are you?
I encountered an issue when displaying SharePoint calculated column items in Power Apps.
The first issue is that numbers appear with multiple decimal places (for example, a number that should be 11 is displayed as 11.000000000). I've visited some forums and know this can be fixed with the Round function, but that's where the second issue arises.
By default, numbers are displayed in [en-US] format, but currently my language is [pt-BR], so a number that should be 11 is displayed as 11000000000 (because in pt-BR format, "." is a thousands separator). I also know I could simply use Value(Substitute, "."; ","), but that's where the third issue arises. This app will be used by different people from different countries, so I need to make this decimal conversion dynamic and respect each user's browser language. That is, a number that is being identified as 11.000000 in [en-US] format will be understood as just 11 in any language. How can I solve this?
I would be very grateful for any help!

    Hi there!

You can use Text() function to format value in a specific language:

Try this, I think it should works.

    I hope it helps!

Hi @raicss, did you try to convert the value using
Value(var_value) because it sometimes convert to integer directly without any round function

And as for multiple languages you can you Language() function with Switch and show results

Yes, I tried converting using Value and it didn't work. When I use a LookUp to display the item, this is the value it returns:
and when I use a Value(LookUp(... it is this value that returns:

You should use something like above for Power Apps to respect user language

    Hope this helps...

I don't think it works for me. I can't use Round because the exact number I get is with "." as the decimal separator, so it's as if I'm getting the number 11 trillion, so I can't round anything.

    Hi @,
you can try this as a simple workaround but, not sure how to tackle without disturbing anything.

    First(Split(Text(var_value),".")).Value
i am forcefully converting it to text and then doing split to get the number before the dot this will work if your result is always a whole numbers/integers as decimal part would be zeros after the dot.

i know it is not best practice, but it can help you with your requirement.

    @raicssa

You can simply replace "." by "," if you want andmake it works with the formula I provided below :).

    How-to:

You can replace "11.0000" with your variable and convert it to text with Text().

Another alternative is to validate format settings on your environment.

In 'Advanced settings', you go on 'Administration' settings under System tab

    Then, you select 'System settings'

And now, on 'Format' tab, you choose a language and click 'Customized'

And validate Decimal symbol. On your needs, you can simply change ',' to '.' and your Decimal with '.' should be considered

    I hope it helps!

The formatting of SharePoint calculated fields does not depend on the user language or on the browser language.  It depends on the locale, which is a different setting.   This will either be the locale in the user profile or in the site settings.  The profile locale used to be set in Delve but now it has moved .   In the Language and Region page, you can set your region (locale) and also whether to use your own region settings or to follow the site region setting.

Unlike the site language, the site region can be changed after the site is created, however you want the formatting to respect the language of the user, so you should tell users to select "always use my personal settings", or do it for them in AAD.
