I’ve successfully integrated Copilot Live Chat into my Canvas app using PCF (PowerApps Component Framework), but now I’m facing a new requirement. I need to toggle the visibility of the default Omnichannel widget when a button is clicked within the Canvas app. However, I haven’t been able to achieve this functionality.
Has anyone worked on a similar setup or have any suggestions, workarounds, or best practices for implementing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
