Multi-screen form save issue

Hi,

I think I'm missing really basic things, but nevertheless cannot advance without your help. Very simple scenario: I have a PowerApps form that was created with the "Customize with PowerApps" button from Sharepoint list. Then I add another screen to the form. Whenever i press the Save button on this another screen, the form fails to save:

with an error "There was a problem saving your changes. The data source may be invalid."

However when I press Save button on the screen automatically created, the button works fine.

None of my columns are set to Required in SP list settings.

Would appreciate any suggestion!

Sasha

When customising a form from PowerApps in Sharepoint and not actually building a stand-alone app, the form should only have one screen.

You can simulate a second screen using show and hide, moving things off the canvas with groups and containers etc.

Hope that makes sense. Happy to walk you though it if not.

You can use the visible property on a control and use a toggle or variable to switch items on and off.

    Hi @Briagin ,

If you have a look at the SharPointIntegration setting OnSave, you might be able to do something.

Also without seeing your app, it is a bit difficult, but I have a multi-screened edit form and I save (SubmitForm) with a button on the form itself (rather than the menu item) and it works fine.

@Keith-Whatling @WarrenBelz Thank you guys so much for helpful and quick answers! I will try both your suggestions. Didn't know about this limitation regarding customised forms.
