Flows with SQL request don't trigger for users

Hi !
I rescently got a major issue on the app of one of my client :

- I have multiple boutons that trigger flows as sql server requests

- for an unknown reason the triggering works fine from my editing account but don't works for the users
- my power automate account don't even detect the execution of the flow which doesn't help me to identify the problem

It's major issue for me as my client has no buttons working anymore, I spent 2 nights on it trying recreating the flows, recreating the connectors, but no way to make this work I am turning crazy.

If someone has an advice from where to start at this point to identify the issue I would be glad 🙂

Thanks in advance

Sylvain

The ability to trigger a flow from within powerapps is an option in security role design. I would check your roles to make sure they have this permission.

    Hi,
After deeper investigation with Microsoft Team yesterday it appears that the flows are working well if the client uses the application from the web navigator but don't work if he go trhough Power Apps tablet or phone application.

They are working on it I'll keep you updated 🙂
