Hi Power Apps Community,
I'm working on a Power Apps application where users submit their company information through a form, and they also have the option to attach an Excel file containing audit questions. I'm using Power Automate to handle form submissions and process the attached Excel files.
Currently, I'm looking for guidance on how to dynamically rename these Excel file attachments based on the customer's name before saving them to a SharePoint list. For example, if the customer's name is "John," I want the attached Excel file to be renamed to "John_auditQ.xlsx".
Could someone please advise me on the best approach to achieve this using Power Automate? Specifically, I'm seeking guidance on how to extract the customer's name from the form submission and use it to rename the attached Excel file within the flow.
Any insights, suggestions, or step-by-step instructions would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you in advance for your help.
