If I Build an App with a Premium Connection, Does Every User Need a Special License?

I am building an app that most of our managers will be using. It (will - still working on it) connects to our on-premises SQL server and inserts records. This is part of a large project to replace SharePoint Lists with SQL Databases. I know the SQL Connection is a Premium feature, and clearly I have the license for it.

 

Will others using the app need a license that allows usage of Premium connections, or just the creator of the app?

    Yes, all users will need a power apps license. In this case, you need to study which license plan you should choose.
