Hi there, just a quick question before going deeper with PowerBI:

I have my PowerAPP connected with my sharepoint pont and shared with the users in my organization, so far so good, everything works perfect.

Now I was in a skype meeting with other people talking about PowerBI, so I've decided add some titles to my APP, in my screen I can see the Powerapp working fine, but none of my coworkers can see the powerBI titles, it says something like the title was removed or you don't have permission to access it. etc.

Could someone provide an answer?

Do I need to buy the PRO version to do this?

Have you made sure to properly share the Power BI report with your co-workers? You can find out more about the permissions around Power BI here, the Power BI reports have their own permission sharing that doesn't happen automatically when you share a PowerApp with someone else.

Hi thanks for your prompt response,

Yes I did, I've shared the report, and nothing, only when I was in other person account an enabled 60 days trial then we were able to see the titles.

So, could you please let me know if I need a PRO license? or it doesn't matter?

Hi,

When you say "Power BI reports have their own permission sharing that doesn't happen automatically"

This mean that problably the refresh option will update the permissions also?
