Power Pages Licensing

Hello there,

I am building a Power pages website with external users authentication and I currently have Power app's developer plan license. Power pages have 30 days trial period. My organization is new to power apps and we will currently only have one power pages website. In order to create production environment, do I need Power apps per user plan to continue development or the new license for power pages with pay as you go for $4/month/per user would be suffice to continue development and move to production? Does this license allow environment creation?

Thank you

    Hi @ashishkapur

Please follow the instructions from @OliverRodrigues . In addition,  to solve your problem, there are two approaches I would suggest

    1. Choose the Power Apps Per plan or Power Pages per pay-as-you-go plan. This will allow you to create one environment.   Then you can choose the sandbox environment.

    2. This is my favourite

    a. Go to https://make.powerapps.com/

    b. Choose the right environment

    c. Apps > Website > New

    d. Type the Name and address and make sure you check the checkbox like below

    e. Choose the website record (in your case - your trial power pages site)

This method will bring all your work back to the newly created portal. So you get another 30 days.

It is a laborious process but some joy

    Have fun.

    Hope it helps.

In terms of development, you don't need to worry about Power Pages licenses as they focus on external users.

Is your Portal pointing to a Sandbox dataverse environment? If yes you can "convert to production" so it stops being a trial
