Users are able to edit apps that I share

Hi, I'm in the process of rolling out power apps in various forms across our business but I've just realised that when I share them it appears that users I share them with can also edit them. I have checked and they show as Users of the app with me as the owner. Is there a way of preventing this as this could cause issues with the more inquisitive people in our company? Debra

    Hi @Deb3107,

     

    Yes, if you do not want the user to edit your app, then you just do not check the co-owner check box when you share the app:

    If you already checked this, then you just need to uncheck it and click on Share button again.

    Co-owner wasn't ticked. We tested this with a couple of people and although it looked like they could edit it they couldn't publish any changes. Just a bit worrying that iot looks like they actually can
