Helpdesk PowerApps unable to see submitted tickets

I'm unable to see tickets submitted when using the app, but if I submit the ticket using the actual SharePoint list the ticket shows up under PowerApps. what I'm missing?

 

User has edit permission under SharePoint list and access to the app.

 

I follow this instructions https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/help-desk-install

    Problem solve it was a typo under apps on-start

    What was the typo? I am in the situation where I no longer see new tickets just tickets from over a week ago and it makes no sense. Neither can anyone else.  Its very odd. The list is fine.
