I'm unable to see tickets submitted when using the app, but if I submit the ticket using the actual SharePoint list the ticket shows up under PowerApps. what I'm missing?
User has edit permission under SharePoint list and access to the app.

Problem solve it was a typo under apps on-start
What was the typo? I am in the situation where I no longer see new tickets just tickets from over a week ago and it makes no sense. Neither can anyone else. Its very odd. The list is fine.
