Dear all,
In our environment, we've purchased 22 GB of file storage for all purposes. Our developers created their testing environment and use it for development, demo, etc. Lately I've received emails that our environment is out of file capacity: one of our sandbox environment is using way too much storage. Do you have any ideas how to reduce the storage. In the metrics, Microsoft.athena.trickledfeedservice-analytics is increasing over time. Where can I reduce this?
Hi @winmyamyakyaw,
You can reduce file storage by removing Attachments from Notes (annotation) or from email messages. Also by clearing complete system jobs (asyncoperation) with bulk deletion jobs.
The Microsoft.athena.trickledfeedservice is the Azure Synapse Link for Dataverse. I may be mistaken but I don't think you can clear it as it would be use for the monitoring. If you don't require Synapse, you can always deactive and unlink the tables.
The developers can also use the Developer type of DV environment which doesn't take any capacity. Here's how they can sign-up: https://learn.microsoft.com/power-apps/maker/developer-plan
Hpoe this helps!
Dear @EricRegnier ,
First of all, thank you for your response. I've checked attachments in notes or email messages or system jobs. There is nothing . Also that environment haven't linked Azure Synapse Link for Dataverse yet Microsoft.athena.trickledfeedservice-analytics is increasing.
Weird, are you sure that your pointing to the right environment, meaning does your first image (graph) related to the "Financial Services" environment? Might be worth to double check all your environments in your tenant. In order do to this you need to be O365 global admin or Power Platform Administrator (different from System Admin role)
It's the right environment, I'm the Power Platform Environment Admin and I can see all the environments. I kept researching and some said I might need to uninstall analytics solution.
