Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can help with the situation I have. I am using Google Forms to create surveys within our organization. We are using multiple answers, texts and all other options as an answer to questions and also use pictures & videos in the survey.

Unfortunately, Microsoft Forms is quite limited to use. It does not meet our expectations. So, I am trying to create an app by using powerapps. The thing I want is that, I will create an app where people will enter the app by using their mail address, fill the answers and then I want answers to be saved in a file to retrieve them all at once. I do not want people to see each other's answers. Also, each person will be able to edit only their own answers in the time interval decided.

After filling the form, the app should be able to send an information mail to the user & the admin of the app.

Is that possible to do that by powerapps, if yes, how?

Hi @ozgurfiratakel

Yes, you can acheive this using powerapps. Below are the number of steps which needs to be follow in order to fulfill the requirement.
1) Create a SP site and new list which contains all survey fields name as columns.
2) create new Powerapps canvas app using phone layout and connect to that site and list. (This will generate forms and galley for you)
3) Filter the gallery with login user name with CreatedBy (This will filter out the gallery with showing only record which user filled out)
4) On OnSuccess event of form, use - Office365.SendEmail(...) to send the email to conerned users/admins

About the 3rd step I have further questions if you do not mind.

* About the 3rd one, I am not sure if I got it right. I want a user to enter the app, fill the form and the user will not see other people's respond & I (As an admin) will see the all answers only. That user also can enter the app and modify his answers anytime he wants, and in that case he will get an e-mail again about this modification.

* If I use the SP List, can I enter also multiple selection questions or other alternatives as possible in Google Forms?

* What should I do for people to enter the app I created and upload a video or picture as a respond or as an extrra detail to their answers? Such as I asked them a yes/no question and I said "Please upload a picture of a stiuation if your answer is yes" and still I want the pictures and videos upload to be seen by only the person who uploaded it and by me (Admin)
