Hi Team ,

I have enabled offline feature for my model driven app by creating the profile and added all the required entities .

I have installed powerapps from play store and able to access the app .

When I am trying app in offline mode , I could able to see only dashboard data and able to filter the on the same

"New" Item option is not enabled(not showing) . Did i missed any configuration ?

Please advise

Regards,

     HI @Anonymous,

I have done this in an trial environment so that should not be an issue.  Did you want to review the steps here (Microsoft official doc link):  https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/mobile-app/setup-mobile-offline

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks,

    Drew
