Blank Screen/Edit portion for design

I have been building an application for some time, and now when I try to edit, the design portion of the screen is just blank (see below). I get the same result for any other powerapp. Running the apps is ok, but I can't seem to get the design screen to work so I can continue to build.

Any ideas?

Have you tried a different web browser to see if that makes a difference?

Not sure if my orginal response posted, so in sum, problem originated yesterday in 2 Win 7 Pro machines, IE & Chrome. Win 10 Pro, Edge & Chrome ok.
Today Win 7 Pro, IE & Chrome work fine.
Not sure what might have been going on. Just glad to be back in business.
