Is ther a way to trigger a filter event with a "contains" TYPE request. So it would be like this:
1. Bot user: Ask for benchmarks
2. Bot: what benchmarks are you looking for?
3. Bot user : Would type in the name of the Filter request like in this case maybe "Cardiology" but the problem is there are different cardiology specialty. Invasive, interventional ..so not sure how to solve this problem. Maybe a drop down selection? or a static table that the user selects/
4. Bot posts in chat a table that looks like this. Maybe some sort of an HTML table?
Bot response, the benchmarks for the specialty Cardiology - General are:
| Values | |||||
