Upon opening an Canvis driven app I created I see the screen with the correct logo load. When the page opens to the Home screen, it launches to a completely different app. In fact every application defaults to a single app. I have tried re-installing power apps and restarting the device with no luck. What is troubling is the application that every other app defaults to tested fine and was running independently for a couple weeks so I am not sure if it could be a data connection issue?

Shouldn't be a connection issue. Are your screens within your app configured correctly? The screen you want them to see first should be at the top of the list of screens. Also ensure that you have Published, not just saved.
Screens are in the correct order and everything has been published. Its actually opening a completely different app and different Home screen. (I tap an app icon and land on the home screen of another)
Is this on PowerApps Mobile, or via desktop?

Are you talking launching from mobile, if yes then all you have to do is go PowerApps studio and open in edit mode save and republish that will solve your issue
Have you got the app in different (ie more than one) environment?
The app is on a total of 9 tablets.
Ok, but in PowerApps Mobile app, tap the (i) icon next to the app and which Environment is it using? Is this the correct one?

I am not seeing anything listed for Environment under the (i) icon.
