Hello, in the attached picture you will see that I managed to create an email notification with dynamic content to be send to users successfully. However, instead of providing a link for them to go and access the app I want to have a radio button that allow them to choose either ( completed ) or ( not completed ) and click submit. This should update the field I have back in my app which is ( is technical proposal completed ) and it has completed/not completed values. Any thoughts on how can I achieve this?

If you are using Outlook then you can check out Adaptive Cards to customize actionable items in them.
