I uploaded couple of PDF documents in copilot studio. (using Generative AI -> Upload a Doc option)
I also created a conversational flow where bot asks multiple questions to the user.
Now, I want to generate a Prompt - this prompt should be combination of PDF document and user responses from conversational flow. Based, by bot should generate a response.
I am trying to use create generative answers. How can I point to my PDF docs and responses?

Or is there any other option available?

When you upload documents to your Copilot they are automatically added as a datasource to all the "create generative answers" nodes. The best practice is to use the fallback mechanism of the conversation boost topic to capture any user questions and pass it to the generative answer node.

The other way you could do that in a particular topic would be to ask a question to the user like "what is your question regarding the HR documents", capture their question in a variable then send that question to the "create generative answers" node which will automatically send the question + document to a GPT model to create an answer.

For example, I am using the conversation boost with fallback mechanism to answer any user questions from the power platform licensing Deck I uploaded to my copilot:
