Manage table list views with Security roles

Hi Community,
 
in the last update, I came accross this feature "Manage table list views with security roles" and was very excited about it. Since the official release wave 2 2024 update the preview date for this feature has been postponed several times. As per my latest knowledge it should be in preview since 28.1.25. 
 
But I can't find it anywhere or don't know how to activate it.
 
Does anyone has more knowldge and could help me?

    So looks like its still being worked on for Feb and March
