Copilot Studio viral trial license has stopped

Hi Everyone,
I am working for an organization where we have 10,000 Copilot Studio viral trial licenses when the license expired I was able to extend it for another month but I accidentally received the notification below stating that I can't publish the Agent.
My question is: have the trial versions been stopped by the IT Admin at admin.microsoft.com? I think it's called "Self-Service Trials." Has this feature affected the Copilot Studio trial?

Thanks.

TO be fair, the fact you have 10,000 and haven't purchased licenses and just keep using trials... its a lot.

As for an Answer, you should open a Ticket with Microsoft for support as this is a huge huge usage question and Microsoft's policies  etc are not privy to us :-(

    Sorry

If these suggestions help resolve your issue, Please consider Marking the answer as such and also maybe a like.

    Thank you!

Creating a Copilot can be done using the Trial license you have.  But to Publish and use it requires a Tenant license that includes a message capacity. Since you are on a Trial you probably don't have a Tenant license. Publishing the Copilot means adding it to a production system and to do that requires message capacity and something more than a Trial license.  Trial licenses work fine for development and testing, but not for production.  This article explains.  Copilot Studio licensing - Microsoft Copilot Studio | Microsoft Learn

I had the same issue although I am the Admin of Power Platform and Azure.

    I resolved it by
    1. Added myself in a Security Group (through Microsoft 365 Admin Center)
    2. Next in the Power Platform Admin Center, I selected Manage -> Tenant Settings -> Copilot Studio Authors.
    3. In the details pane of the Copilot Studio Authors I added the Security Group that I had used in the first step.

Now I am able to Publish the agents.
