Hello all!
I have a SharePoint document library which consists of all types of documents and videos, I want to use Microsoft copilot in such a way that when given a prompt it should give a knowledge-based document or information. How can I use Microsoft copilot in this case?
Thank you in advance for your guidance
I plan to use Power Automate to detect when a new transcript has been placed in a specific folder on Sharepoint
Hi @WrayMedia I am stuck with not being unable to access the transcripts, if you could help me know how to access the transcripts , is there an API to access the transcripts?
At the moment I'm simply transferring the transcripts directly into an Azure A.I. model and then have a pretty long prompt that I use. Next step is to automate the transcription and uploading.
Hi @WrayMedia , can you provide few more details on how you used Azure AI to review transcripts .
At the moment I am investigating using a combination of Power Apps and Power Automate. I got Azure A.I. to review transcripts alread.
Hi @sarveshpaul , I am curious to know whether you found a solution to the above request , as I am also trying to implement a similar thing where when a user prompts a question the response should contain the relevant knowledge retrieved from the documents and also provide the video(if any exists relevant to the question) by leveraging the transcript capability. I was stuck on how to implement it in the copilot studio environment. If you have any leads , would be of great help.
Thanks in advance.
