Though, I still would like the thumbnail to show.

I want to recall SP Library documents to a Gallery based on a client UniqueID. The below is only returning the first item in the library. What am I missing?

Also, there is no image of the document returning to the image control in the Gallery. The image control has -
ThisItem.'Thumbnail ({Thumbnail})'.Medium

Here is my gallery and the items coding -
LookUp(Client_Drivers_License_Library,Client_ID=Upload_Client_ID_Fld.Text)
