Error from the monitor - Failed to retrieve published app URL. Please try again by reloading Monitor.

Hi, this error won't go away no matter how many times I restart the monitor: " Failed to retrieve published app URL. Please try again by reloading Monitor.". other than that, the monitor seems to be working ok. Still I want to know why the error is there and how to get rid of it.
