HeY Guyz, Can anyone reading this, please tell me how can I with the help of HTML, CSS & JS change the outlook of chatbot after placing it on my website, something like this image shared below :

I have went through these documents, but it didn't came up as great help.
I am still unable to overwrite the JS and CSS of the chatbot... any other way available.
