I would like to change the text "none of these" that the bot returns as an additional option of the suggested actions or recommended topics

    Hi @gabrielecurreli 

     

    You can do that in the "Multiple Topics Matched" system topic.

    The "Modify items in a list" properties contains the value that gets added to the list of options:
