Hi,

I am trying to get the latest value of a column ('Update'), based on the last modified date or by recent timestamp value.

I tried below formula in Input field value and getting blank data

LookUp('Data File',
    'Project Name' = Label1.Text &&
    'Modified' = Form1.LastSubmit.Modified,
    'Update'

)

Thanks in advance

    To get the latest matching value (I have to assume here that Form1 has been submitted at least once during the session).
    LookUp(
       Sort(
          'Data File',
          'Update',
          SortOrder.Descending
       ),
       'Project Name' = Label1.Text &&
       'Modified' = Form1.LastSubmit.Modified,
       'Update'
    )

    Like WarrenBelz assumed, for your way to work, it is required that the form is submitted at least once during the session. You can try the following code to get the value from Update column which was last stored for your project:
    First(
        SortByColumns(
            Filter('Data File', 'Project Name' = Label1.Text),
            "Modified",
            SortOrder.Descending
        )
    ).Update
    Hope this helps.

    Kind regards,
    Nandit

    Just following up to see if you received the answer you needed, or if you require further assistance. Also to clarify another issue, by latest, do you mean the latest date in the Update field or the latest date the record was modified (it may have been changed on another field since the Update date)
