help with a CSV

Hi All 

so, what  i'm trying to do is, upload a csv file, populate with the data of csv file a gallery (to show to user and revise) and after update my sharepoint list  with the data from csv. 

to be more user friendly i try to use the attachment control from form control so i can upload the file but how i read or how i convert this to show on a gallery or inputtext?

i was try usign base64 convert.. i got the base64 but i dont know how to show the info instead the base64 code. 

 

i need to upload the file because this file come from other user all monday with a update. but i accept other sugestions

    I think that you need to create a flow and get its output in a Collection
