What's the best way to show Sharepoint List items that contain dozens of pieces of information?

I have a Power App that acts like a submission form. The entered data is saved into a Sharepoint list. The list is 30-40 columns of data depending responses entered.
I'm now trying to find a reasonable way of displaying all that data. (There are no images etc. It's mostly text and the occasional checkbox.)

I've tried inserting and customising a Gallery (of various types) but they're all very limited in how much information they can show. (And a Gallery doesn't seem to allow for adding Checkboxes?)

I'd like to have something like a list of entries showing "Submission Date, Project Code, Project Owner" from the SP List on a scrollable nav bar and then when an item from that list is clicked, the right hand window/panel/container displays the rest of the List data.
(If you go to Google Images, search for something, click one of the image results a panel appears on the right with more info. Like that.)

I've been on Google, Reddit and YouTube but all the examples there consist of very small amounts of data.

Any ideas?

Thank you.

Ok ok we get it google stinks

We don't need all the stuff about what you tried and google etc. It really just clouds the brain :-) when we just want to help you solve your problem and we trust you werent completely lazy so no need to prove it.

    Now as for an answer.

    1) you can use a Tabbed format and let them click through the tabs (or as they finish one tab, it can auto trigger to the next
    2) you can use collapsible sections, like accordian style

Now me personally it depends.. Some like #2 and I prefer #1.

here is an example i did for hierarchical tabs but you can have as many as you need left to right, you can even hide them if its not time to show them
or just hide them if their choices don't need it etc.
