Hello guys, i have an issue if you could please help
in  the power app screen, there are commands from multiple projects. i want to pdf print these commands but each project in a separated page

PS : the gallery of “commands” coming from a SharePoint list (columns include: PROJECT, CodeCommande, Item, Designation, Quantity,.)

SharePoint list simplified columns used here:

  • PROJECT (Text)
  • CodeCommande (Text)
  • Item (Text)
  • Designation (Text)
  • Quantity (Number)
when printing to PDF, each project group should start on a new page (one page per project)

thanks in advance 🙏

you can't use inbuilt pdf function here

you can achieve result using HTML or populate a word template action

Firstly @developerAJ may be correct here depending on exactly what you mean here regarding what is on your screen. If you put all of that properly formatted in a Container, you can certainly PDF print it, or each Group in seperate containers, you can produce a file for each, but pagination (one page for each Group) creates challenges as there is no built-in page break function and you would need to play with the Template Height of a Gallery in the Container with a Group in each record.
