Please train the prebuild Invoice Processing model with some Microsoft invoices from Office 365 to enhance recognition. The model works quite well for several vendors but it fails in detecting the sub total in 100% of the invoices from Microsoft for Office 365.

Could you please share samples where the field "sub total" cannot be extracted?

Did you have a chance to create a custom model and see if you had a better result?

Hi,
I have attached one sample to this response. It's a monthly invoice for office 365 like we get some of them for different subscriptions each month. I have blacked some critical elements in the sample.
If you provide me a private communication channel I can send you some more of them without blacked elements for the training.

We do not use a custom model in this case and we also do not want to use one. The reason is that your pre trained model workes quite good in most cases. We use it for incoming invoices from several vendors and so the custom model is not really suitable. But we are using the custom model for outgoing invoices and there it works perfekt.
