Did you embed the app in the sharepoint page?
If so, firstly, the user needs to have permission to access the page.
But the user still cannot access the app with this sharepoint permission .
Secondlu, you also need to share the app with the user .
At this point, the user can access the data from sql in the canvas in the SP page.
It's important that the sql server host cannot be shut down because the data is stored locally.
