Can we track the user in PVA chatbot?

Hi, Can we track who the user is in PVA chatbot or get the location of the user interacting with the chatbot?

    That depends on the authentication system being used by the bot.  If the authentication is teams there is an automatic variable created that contains the identity of the user.  Configuring a manual sign in for the bot will also track the user.
