'NFCReader()' utility in PowerApps is working for Android phones but not working on iOS iPhones. Considering the option that NFC is auto enabled in latest iPhones, the NFC application works with Apple wallet but not with custom built PowerApps application. Please guide as to how to read NFC on iOS mobile using PowerApps.

Strange, I have iPhone 14 Pro Max and I do not have any issue with NFCReader() also I use it on iPhone 13 and 8
did You try it only on your own phone ?
Download NFC Tools from apple store and try Read and Write NFC tag using this app to check if all is ok with the phone.
Also Check if the Tags are compatible with iPhone some of the tags are not
