Trigger: User says a phrase instead of phrases

Hi community!
 
 
I'm starting my learning journey about Designing Conversational Agents > Fundamentals of Impactful Conversational Experiences > 2. Controlling AI Response.
 
When I tried to create a Custom Topic, I was unable to edit the "Phrases" like the tutorial video (x3 screenshots attached).
 
I must made mistakes without knowing, would much appreciated for advice.

    You're right to use Classic orchestration.

    If the Phrases section still doesn't show:


    1. Close the agent and open it again

    2. Go to Topics and create a new topic (you can delete it after)

    3. Then go back to your original topic

    This usually fixes the issue. It resets the UI so the Phrases section appears or something. Works for me everytime!
