Hi All, I am responsible for driving adoption of PowerApps in my company. We have now open for everyone to create PowerApps and the count is 289 within few weeks, As an administrator, I have to start working on the licensing, policies and processes so that it would not mess up the things for me in future. I would appreciate if you could let me know and help with the Data Policies and Data Integration. Thank you!Lalit

Hi @Lmohangupta,

In PowerApps, to protect organizational data from unintended exposure, you could use Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.

As an administator, you can Create a data loss prevention (DLP) policy and Manage DLP policy.

Thanks for your help it is good to know we have data loss prevention policies. however I would like my user to not create the powerapps without approval and also wants to know more in terms of administrative capability on PowerApps for better management. to basically prevent our tenant with a huge mess if people keep creating the app without our notice. Thank you!
