Not getting total number of page details from chat bot

Hi Team,

I have created a copilot chat bot where knowledge source is sharpoint folder link, In sharepoint we have some PDF files, when I ask about total number of pages in any of the PDF the chat bot not able to provide answer. The pdf have table of content also but the chat bot not able to provide the answer with table of content page information.

Hi AK-18121400-0,

Currently copilot cannot consolidate or aggregate the SUM based on different file sources.

Copilot can bring the numbers only if they are directly available in a form of table inside the PDF.

We would need to preprocess these details outside copilot and then include in the knowledge source as separate table inside PDF.

These limitations can still be overcome my Microsoft in the future.
