Good evening, dear.
Please could you help me with the following query.
It happens that we have a ChatBot developed and anchored in Teams. But now it has come out that the test has expired and we understood that the use is free from teams.
I would appreciate if you can tell us if the development and use is not free in teams.
Cheers,
Hey Jhonatan, how you doing?, I'm having the same questions on May-2024, can you share with us if you had access to your virtual agent after the license expired?
Based on my experience with bots built in teams. If your bot is functioning properly (no premium features, like @renatoromao has mentioned) then I would ignore the premium license trial extension message.
Yes, the chatbot is working properly. So there would be no problem with the licensing expiration alert message coming out, right?
Hello @JhonatanOB1993
Also from what I have seen In my own tenant is that this message appears even if you’re using the teams license.
The main question is, is your bot working as expected?
Did you use any premium connectors inside Power Automate?
Standard: SharePoint, Excel, ..
premium: Convert to PDF, SAP, ...
or where did you publish your chatbot?
Hi, @renatoromao .
Thanks for your answer.
So, why is this trial message shown if we have done everything in teams?
HI @JhonatanOB1993 , good morning!
No, we have a limit to use Microsoft Teams license.
1- PVA for web:
- Trial 30 days + 30 days to extend
- You can publish into the all channels
- You can use premium connectors inside Power Automate
2-PVA for teams free
- You can use standard connectors inside Power Automate
- You can publish only for Teams
3- PVA for Teams license
- You can publish into the all channels
- You can use premium connectors inside Power Automate
