Unable to add Copilot on MS Teams through Copilot Studio which was working perfectly before I removed it from Teams. I am facing this issue since Friday. I have created two new copilots but still I am unable to add them. Those who already have the copilot added are still able to access and invoke them. I have cleared my teams cache as well but still the issue persists. I have inserted the error message what I get on teams below:

Hi, I face the same issue here. So I tried to create a new copilot just to see if I am able to add it on MS Teams. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt ... When I just change the name of the copilot I face the same error message "something went wrong".

    I am a bit confused here ...

I am facing the same issue, im suspecting either Microsoft changed something in Teams permissions related to adding apps or their is a general problem

Check with your Microsoft Teams admin to confirm if there are any specific policies or permission settings blocking bot installations.

If you’ve recently modified the bot (e.g., removed or updated it), check if the manifest file was properly updated and published. If the manifest was not updated or the bot’s configuration is incomplete, Teams might fail to add the bot.

    Thanks.

I'm experiencing the same thing.  This workaround was not successful on my end.  Does anyone else have other tips worth trying?

Following worked for me for similar issue:

Recreate the Teams tab or Teams app where Copilot was initially added. You can try adding Copilot again after setting up a fresh environment in Teams.
