Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I am making a custom copilot with copilot studio. I have a set of documents as my knowledge base. When asking questions slightly related to the documents i get answers that doesn't really answer what i asked. Copilot insists of giving an answer rather than not being able to provide one. There is cases where i search something based on a selected set of documents and if it doesn't find the answer to it, it should search a subset. I never get to my subset because the copilot is giving vague answers based on the first set of documents that is wrong. It does this even if it only finds one slightly related word in my question. I have the content moderation set to high. What can i do?
