Stuck loading "Create your flow" - Power Automate integration

Hello,

I'm having an issue where I can't use the power automate integration inside the powerapps screen.

After clicking on the button to "Add flow", it loads slowly to show all the possible templates, and when I click "create your flow" to start from scratch, it simply loads forever (screen attached below).

I already tried:

clear cache, clear cookies, using a different browser, using incognito mode, disabling all extensions related to blocking, clearing any configurations for the site (i.e. disable camera), using 2 different users, tried it on 2 different pcs as well. Also tried to let it load for more than half an hour once, nothing happened.

After it gets to the loading screen, I can't even click to close it, it does nothing. The only option is to reload the page.

The console window shows it is constantly trying to load something.

For templates, I can select one and when I go to "edit in advanced mode", same screen and issue.

I already changed to the old power automate pane and when I click to create a new flow it opens a new window, it works fine. However, since it's a retired option, it might go away soon.

Do you have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

    @aleryck

If you create a blank (manual) flow does it work, and just the templates fail?

My suggestion would be, if it does not work in the new, use the old and open a ticket with Microsoft Support

Thats really the only options you have.

If you like my answer, I would really appreciate if you please Mark it as Resolved, and give it a thumbs up, so it can help others

    Cheers

    Both fail, unfortunately.

If I create through the old menu or from the power automate screen itself (make.powerautomate.com), they will appear to be added to the app.

I was hoping I was just doing something wrong 😅

Could you direct me to the direct microsoft support? If I go here (https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/support/) and click on "Report a problem", it direct me back to this subforum.

I managed to find my way to the support ticket. Thanks!

As an update, I was contacted with a live support agent. We did a bunch of troubleshooting steps, and it seems related to the REGION of my environment - South America - which is different from the default environment for my company - Europe.

So if anyone searches for this issue in the future, the problem is being escalated. I'll update when they have resolved the ticket.

For now, the workaround that I was already using is to enable the old Power Automate menu in the Settings -> Retired options.

@aleryck Was this ever resolved for you? Experiencing the same issue.
