I'm developing a non For-profit Model Driven App on a MS For-profit Azure/M365 Tenancy licenced platform with < 300 users.
Question 1: Is there a is there a non For-profit 'Power Apps' Licence? Note -> I couldn't find the answer in this Solved: Allocating licences / seats within a non-profit or... - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com) thread.
Question 2: After reading the below links and image, is there a non For-profit Licence for 'AI Builder', as paying $500 per month for < 500 image detections is not feasible 😞

Just to add to @LinnZawWin's comment.
AI Builder credits can be purchased by an approved Nonprofit directly through M365 Admin Centre. Nonprofits get a 30% discount on the AI Builder Capacity Add-on T1, Australian pricing is AU$523.80/month (approx. US$350/month).

1. Eligible nonprofits can get Power Apps free for up to 10 seats (the “Per App” plan) and discounted pricing of $2.50 (USD)* per user per month for additional users, which is 50% off the commercial price. (more details here)
2. UPDATE: Please refer to @MattB_Motive 's response below. (Nonprofits get a 30% discount on the AI Builder Capacity directly through M365 Admin Centre)
I don't see nonprofit pricing for AI Builder capacity. You will have to reach out to a Dynamics 365 nonprofit partner (at the end of this page), sign in and check in the nonprofit portal or check with your Cloud Solution Providers (CSP)/Volume Licensing channels.
