Make an attendance registration application using the following formula to obtain the current universal date and time and do not get confused if the user changes the time on his pc, my UTC is -5 Lima, Rio, Branco

How can I have my hours synchronized in the same way in sharepoint, powerapps and that these are not modified if they change region?
