Can we start the conversation with Power Virtual Agent bot when we update anything in any entity.

Hi All,

 

I build a power virtual agent which can call a power automate to create a contact in crm by giving some inputs to bot.

Can we go other way around.i.e when a contact is created in crm notify or start the conversation with bot?
