How to add Set a variable value

Hi,

I am new to Power Virtual Agents and currently face an issue: I can't add the "Set a variable value" inside my Topics.

I saw many tutorials that have the option when clicking the node + sign, there are different options like "Variable management", "Topic management" and so on.

But when I click my node + there is no "Variable management" option available, so I can not add "Set a variable value".

Can someone help with this? Thank you a lot.

@summerrw123 some nodes will not have variables. Most variables come from a question. You can make variables Topic (only available in the topic), Global (can be used in all topics) System (come automatically). But if you want to set a variable use the "Set a variable" node. That would be the easiest way to get that done without a question. This page is perfect for going over the variables. Work with chatbot variables - Power Virtual Agents | Microsoft Learn. However, I don't have this option in all of my Power Virtual Agents.
I have only those options as I marked with a red circle below. So basically I can't find where is the "Set a variable value".
Could you please help with this?

What comes up when you click on your second screenshot above with Set a variable value. I would like to see what options you have there. Variables in PVA seem to be tied to Topics and can be reused between them, but do not allow setting them in all locations.
