Dear Microsoft Team,

I have created a chatbot for my organization. I have used the question option to give my users multiple options to select from but the problem in my bot is that if the user selects one option he cant go back to the same card and select the other option making it very time consuming to again go through the entire flow. I request you to please tell me a better solution.

Regards,

Shivang Agarwal

Are you saying you want the user to be able to select multiple options? Or that you want the user to circle back to the question after processing a response? If you want to Circle back to the question there is a Go to Step under the Topic Management section of add an action that will let you go back and re-ask the Question.

I also do not get the options mentioned in the photograph. Please refer to the image below.

    Hi @shivang1,

I see you're using Copilot Studio for Teams (Power Virtual Agents Teams app), this version of Copilot Studio is the "classic" one, and it doesn't have all the new capabilities of the new, unified authoring one, available on the web (but requires a dedicated paying subscription).

That said, you can also have an option to redirect to another step in your dialog, as documented here: Use topics to design a copilot conversation - Microsoft Copilot Studio | Microsoft Learn

    Hi Henry,

Could you please tell me to transfer my bot to the web so that I can use all the new functionalities?

One way to achieve this is upgrading your environment: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/requirements-licensing-subscriptions#upgr...

Another option is to export the bot from your PVA for Teams environment to a standard Power Platform Dataverse environment:
